One of the project backers created this panorama by stitching together a few seconds of the video as the payload made one full turn. Because the payload wasn’t perfectly balanced and it was rocking some, the image wasn’t taken on a flat plane and he spent a good bit of effort to smooth and flatten a wobbly horizon line. I can’t imagine the effort put into this panorama or a better picture created from the images available to him. I recognize the effort and want to share his work with you.

Maybe in the future, we should time a 2 hour climb to catch a sunrise? Payload would need lights to be FAA compliant and there’d be geometry needed to estimate sunrise time for a balloon at altitude that would have an angle on the sun earlier than us on the ground. Sounds like a worthy challenge.
